Terms of Service

Draft — pending final legal review

These terms govern use of EvidentraIQ, provided by Global Security Job ApS, Denmark. They are a draft. Points marked "To be completed" must be decided by legal counsel before they apply.

1. The service

EvidentraIQ is a digital assessment and management tool that helps organisations record their readiness, evidence and actions across digital trust domains. Scores are calculated with a fixed, published methodology.

EvidentraIQ does not provide legal advice and does not certify compliance with any law, regulation or standard. Decisions remain the customer's responsibility.

2. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers and evidence you enter, for decisions you take based on the results, and for having the right to upload any material you submit.

3. Accounts and security

Sign-in uses one-time email links. Keep access to your email account secure, manage workspace members and roles appropriately, and tell us promptly about any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including attempting to access other customers' data, interfering with its operation or security, uploading unlawful or malicious content, or using it to infringe others' rights.

5. Prices, payment and subscriptions

Prices are shown on the pricing page. One-time packages are charged when ordered. Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

To be completed: VAT/tax treatment, invoicing details and treatment of failed payments.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, through the billing management page where available.

To be completed: Refund policy and any statutory withdrawal rights, including whether customers are business-only.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the service, software, methodology and content we provide. You retain rights in the data and evidence you submit and grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.

8. Confidentiality and personal data

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for the purposes of these terms. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.

To be completed: Data processing agreement for customer data processed on the customer's behalf.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or incidents may cause interruptions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded, and overall liability will be limited.

To be completed: The liability cap, exclusions and any carve-outs required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may end the agreement as described above. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. On termination, access ends.
